I am not sure though if it was a good deed as I know that their moms and dads would do the same for us.

Recently I happened, by chance, to connect with a recently married ( 1 year) lady who just found out her husband had the same illness. I have tried to be a support system to her during this very difficult and now final journey. Having been there appeared to be a help to steer her along a very heart-wrenching journey, making it less difficult, I hope.
